2295 Purisima Road
Lompoc, CA 93436
From Highway 101, exit at State Highway 246 west at Buellton. (My recommendation is stop at Pea Soup Andersen's in Buellton for something to eat.) (Mission Santa Ines is only about five miles east of Buellton on the same Highway 246.) After about 14 miles west of Buellton, turn right onto Purisima Road for about a mile. The mission is on the right.
Daily 9-5.

| This mission is unusual in that after the original 1787 mission was destroyed by an earthquakein 1812, a new mission was built on a new site in 1813. Originally built in what is now the City of Lompoc, the Mission is now across the river and about four miles east of town. Photo date: 4-4-92. |
